What if I’m Injured as a Passenger?
Hopefully you are never injured as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. If you are, you should know that passengers in Florida have rights and should be compensated for their injuries.
Passengers in SUVs, trucks and cars are usually traveling with their friends or family members. Nobody wants to create tensions with their friends, but your friends have auto insurance for a reason and they want to see you get better too. Don’t expect their insurer to play fairly. If you have sustained a serious injury, be sure to speak to an attorney about your crash. Tampa area injury lawyers offer free and confidential consultations.
