MEET BRANDON
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Brandon began his legal career at a prominent south Florida plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. From there he then went on to work at a large insurance defense firm. While he enjoyed the legal challenge and experience, Brandon knew his heart was with representing those whose lives had been changed by the actions of others.

As a result, he formed Jones Law Group, P.A and pioneered a new approach of partnering with clients to ease their legal experience. Today, Brandon practices under the name RHINO Lawyers helping the injured and the arrested. Continuing his personal mission to change the lives of the people he helps.

Born and raised in New York, Zach began his legal career at the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office as a Prosecutor where he litigated thousands of criminal offenses including felonies.

After handling cases from both a prosecution and defense perspective, Zach delivers every day—even outside of the courtroom.

MEET JOEL
A lifelong native of Florida, Joel was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, were he obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor from Florida State University. Upon graduating from law school, Joel moved to Pensacola, FL to serve as a prosecutor in the State Attorney’s Office of the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. As a prosecutor, he gained immediate and invaluable trial experience where he handled 15 jury trials to verdict as first chair, as well as sitting first or second chair in dozens of other jury and bench trials. From there, Joel transitioned to civil defense litigation practice in Pensacola where he honed his civil trial skills with two board certified civil trial attorneys.

In 2016, Joel and his wife, Jenny, relocated to the Tampa Bay area to be closer to family as they started their own. He joined another insurance defense practice, where he represented business entities, insurance companies and their insureds in injury, auto, and construction defect claims. It was during this time Joel realized his true passion as an attorney was to be able to help those in need as opposed to insurance companies or corporations.

As a RHINO Lawyers Team memeber and attorney at Jones Law Group, P.A., Joel combines his trial skills refined as a prosecutor with his knowledge of defending insurance companies in injury claims to represent those injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. Joel is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.

Daughter to Cuban/Peruvian immigrants, Cynthia is a Tampa resident of over 20-years. With over 11 years experience, Cynthia will soon join Brandon, Zach and Joel as a licensed Florida Lawyer, continuing to drive settlement values and favorable verdicts for our clients.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Todd worked in the financial and real estate industries for several years. Keeping up everyday with the operations of the office, Todd ensures that the office runs smoothly, and also maintains the firm’s accounts payable and receivable. Todd remains driven by his passion for business.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Chicago, Maggie worked at the 13th Judicial Circuit Clerk of Court of Florida–both inside and outside of the courtroom–for almost 10 years. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Maggie assists with client consults, file creation, pleading preparation, and case management.

Born and raised in Tampa, Andy has over 12 years of experience in the brand marketing and design. GENE EADES

DIRECTOR OF IT AND ONLINE MARKETING

Born and raised in Arkansas, Gene moved to Tampa in 2014. Gene has nearly 20 years of experience in multiple programming languages, systems administration and online marketing. His work includes advising and directing marketing efforts through multiple channels as well as executing brand recognition, PPC marketing and social media advertising campaigns.
